VeloHUB: Shop, Ride & Deliver is a global on-demand platform connecting users to local services including ride booking, restaurant food delivery, grocery delivery, marketplace shopping, pharmacy and medicine orders, courier/parcel delivery, and service delivery. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal data responsibly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and international best practices.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and your rights regarding your data. By downloading, installing, or using the App or Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described.

LOCATION AND CAMERA PERMISSIONS
- Location: Used for core features (ride matching, delivery tracking, finding nearby services). Collected only with your permission or while the App is in use. Manage in device settings.
- Camera: Access requested only for user-initiated features (QR scans, proof of delivery, identity verification). Some functions may be limited without camera access.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described and comply with legal obligations. Generally, we do not retain personal information longer than three (3) months after account termination unless needed for legal, fraud prevention, or other legitimate business purposes.
DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable organizational, administrative, and technical measures (including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls) to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure.

MINORS
