These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeloHUB platform, apps, and websites (the "Services") provided by VeloHUB Courier Services and its affiliates. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for safeguarding your credentials. You may register as a Customer, Driver, Merchant, Enterprise Partner, or Service Provider, and your available features depend on your role.
Prices, fees, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm a transaction. VeloHUB applies a flat 15% platform commission, so Drivers, Merchants, and Service Providers retain 85% of their transaction value. Customers pay a fixed service fee that remains the same during peak demand, and any surge multiplier is capped and never exceeds 1.4x. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Drivers, Merchants, Service Providers, and Enterprise Partners agree to fulfil accepted orders and requests promptly and professionally, to comply with applicable local laws and licensing, and to maintain the standards required to remain on the platform. Enterprise Partners using the API agree to keep credentials secure and to use webhooks and endpoints as documented.
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the service, timing, and local rules shown at the point of purchase. Where a cancellation fee applies, it is disclosed before you confirm.
You agree not to use the Services to harass, endanger, or defraud others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the safety of the community at risk.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloHUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
