01 Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VeloHUB's apps, websites, and services. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
02 Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VeloHUB. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity on your account. One account can act as both a customer and a partner (for example, a merchant who also shops).
03 Use of the services
VeloHUB connects customers with independent drivers, merchants, and service providers across rides, food and grocery delivery, pharmacy, the local marketplace, bulk delivery, and hireable services. VeloHUB provides the technology platform; the underlying transport, goods, or services are provided by independent partners.
04 Fees, commission & surge
Our pricing is deliberately simple and transparent:

A flat 15% platform commission applies to every transaction type; partners keep 85%. The customer service fee stays fixed during peak demand, and any surge multiplier is capped at 1.4x. Prices are shown before you confirm.
05 Partner obligations
- Provide services safely, lawfully, and professionally.
- Maintain any required licenses, insurance, and vehicle or business documentation.
- Complete deliveries with the required verification codes and, for merchant-fulfilled orders, proof-of-delivery photos.
- Treat customer data and addresses confidentially and use them only to complete the order.
06 Payments & payouts
Customer payments are processed through Paystack (local bank and mobile money) or Stripe (card and international bank). Partner payouts run automatically every Wednesday with a $/GH cedi 10 minimum and funds arriving within 24 hours (48 hours for early releases). Instant payouts are available for a processing fee and typically land in 15-30 minutes.
07 Cancellations & refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched or accepted without charge. After dispatch, cancellation fees may apply to cover partner effort. Refunds for failed or reversed transactions are returned to your original payment method or wallet. Specific timing depends on your payment provider.
08 Acceptable use
- Do not use the services for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or unsafe.
- Do not harass partners or other users, or misuse verification codes and addresses.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
09 Liability
The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeloHUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10 Changes & contact
